“Spring Training” Treatment Plans

A physician-led, multi-disciplinary review of an athlete’s flexibility, proprioception, strength, and reflexes with recommendations for improving these skills in athletes to give them a performance edge over their peers and decrease the risk of sports-related injury

PROGRAM #1: Evaluation, treatment recommendation with three month follow-up
PROGRAM #2: Evaluation, treatment recommendation with ten, weekly, thirty-minute, personal training sessions and a three month follow-up
TRAINING: Additional Private training sessions available.
